Effective forward planning of plant replacement is vital to minimise occupants’ disruption and unforeseen budgetary expenditure.

FraserTech complete forward plant replacement schedules, typically projected over a 5 or 10 year period. These include budget costs for projected plant replacement works as well as periodic statutory testing – for example Fixed Wire Testing and 5-Yearly AC (TM44) Inspections.

Typically the completed lifecycle plan then feeds into the overall building budget to ensure timeous replacement and management of key plant, with consideration given to budget constraints.
