Heat Network Regulations Compliance
All buildings that supply from a central source, heating, cooling (from Boilers or Chillers) or Domestic Hot Water into a tenant demised space must comply with the Heat Network Regulations (2014) legislation.
This is part of the UK Government’s commitment to drive down carbon emissions from existing building stock by enabling more effective monitoring and management of energy provision.

All buildings within scope of the legislation must have completed a feasibility assessment (based on cost-effectiveness) for the installation of Heat Meters by 27 November 2021, thereafter where it is deemed as required, these must be installed by 1 September 2022.

FraserTech are able to complete these feasibility assessments, as well as managing the procurement and installation of metering where required.
